the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. It has worked well. Minor issues that were easy for me to figure out. I wish there was a vertical line to assist in lining up edits needed on the documents once in pdffiller. Also it would be convenient to have an all document pagination - or if there is one, ease of finding it.

I have used pdfFiller for several different projects that I have done during the passed few months. It has became my go-to site for getting things done quickly and efficiently. I love all the features and the layout is really easy to operate. I will be using pdfFiller for many more projects to come and definitely reccommend.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use and user friendly. It is also easy to add fields and fill them in. When I am creating a document, I can also easily share them with each of our employee accounts. I also like how I am able to remove an employees account from having access to the documents with a click of a button.
What do you dislike?
I wish our technicians were able to use the app without internet service. In some cases, we do not have access to service, and we are unable to fill out our paperwork. It would also be nice to be able to add more than 4 other people to the account without having to get a corporate account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has all you could ever need all in one place. We have used the SignNow and faxing features, in addition to the typical use for pdfFiller.

We are able to keep all of our paperwork in one place, and the technicians are able to access it on their phones. This has made it easier to make sure all technicians are getting the correct paperwork for every job, and with the different accounts, we are able to hold the technicians accountable.

How do I insert a black box in a PDF?
