I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

Great and easy way to make sure your PDFs are signed, sealed, and delivered as quick as possible.
As a contract administrator for my company, this makes signing PDFs easy, and allows it to be done in a timely manner. Easy to navigate, allows you to download your finished, signed PDF for storage.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the advanced functions, and a variety of color coding features who make highlighting PDFs more efficient when needed/if multiple people are adding notes.

This review is based on experience with the program itself
I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.
