I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

Great and easy way to make sure your PDFs are signed, sealed, and delivered as quick as possible.
As a contract administrator for my company, this makes signing PDFs easy, and allows it to be done in a timely manner. Easy to navigate, allows you to download your finished, signed PDF for storage.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the advanced functions, and a variety of color coding features who make highlighting PDFs more efficient when needed/if multiple people are adding notes.

Fantastic tool
Fantastic tool! Easy to use and export your documents. It saves each version of your filled PDF, so you don't have to worry about filling it out all over if you need to make minor changes.

This review is based on experience with the program itself
I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.
