It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

A Great alternative to Adobe pdf's form flow, liked so much opened a business account because of other features that are well suited for online small businesses.

Don't let the name fool you, it does so much more than allow editing
I use pdfFiller to sign agreements when I'm traveling and don't have the version of Acrobat where you can sign, on my computer. I actually like pdfFiller much better, because it allows me to edit things that Acrobat does not. I've utilized several of the templates that have been very well laid out.
I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the templates and formatting options that are built in to pdfFiller
There is really nothing not to like. I don't use some of the features, because we don't need them, but I can't say it's missing anything or has any issues.

I was very happy with pdfFiller. There is a variety of fillable forms. This would have been great if it had been available when I was active in my business. It is great for the occasional form that I need.

How do I automatically email invoices in QuickBooks?
Select the “To Be Emailed” option at the bottom of the screen. Click “Edit” on the top menu bar and select “Memorize Invoice.” Choose a name for your invoice and press enter. If you want to schedule your recurring invoice for a set interval, click “Automatically Enter” and input your desired schedule.
