What do you like best?
The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

A blueprint is a map of a building. It ties the concept of design to the details required to erect a structure. Once the blueprints have been filed by the contractor with the municipality building department, these building plans are public records and technically attainable by anyone wanting to view them.
Contact your local permit agency or records office. Often these agencies store copies of building plans for decades after the structure has been built. Ask what information you need to supply in order to obtain copies of existing blueprints. Provide the required forms and information, and pick up a copy of your plans.
From the County Clerk Visit the county clerk's office in the county where your home resides. This may be called the county recorder or land registrar in some municipalities. Once there, request copies of the blueprints on file for the property.
Blueprint Printing Costs range from $0.06 per sheet to $25 per sheet. An average house will have 10 sheets per level.
Generally, architectural drawings, engineer's surveys, building plans, and similar documents on file with state or local building officials are considered public records. As a sample, we selected New England states, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Minnesota, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.
REQUESTING COPIES OF BUILDING PERMITS Once a building permit has passed final inspection, the permit, inspection history and plans become public record. To request building permit research, provide the following information for the property being researched: Assessor's Parcel Number. Address.
Building application status — online building permit status check. You can also look to see if a permit card is posted on the site, or you can go to your local district office and ask if that particular address had a permit issued for it.
Health and Safety Code section19851 says that plans are open to inspection on premises of the building department as a public record.
