It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. I needed to send a corporate…
I needed to send a corporate dissolution document to the state of Deleware and thanks to pdffiller, I was able to find the document I need, fill it in online, and even was able to mail it USPS through the site without ever having to print out a document, manually sign it and have to go to the post office to send it registered mail.

Not very user friendly. The "sign-up" commitment is not good... Inevitably some people will forget to cancel and then will be hit with a high annual charge...

due to ill health and family committments I couldnt utilse my free month very much but what I did use was brilliant especially the erase function. When I start University in September I will probably sign up for it a sit will be useful. the customer service was especially good.
