The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

Works great with laptop, but Was time consuming and difficult to work on IPad. Had to switch to my laptop in order to speed up the process and complet the job.

My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Thank you, so much!

This app is not flooded with ads and/or private tools as far as I could check
I just needed to merge stuff and this website (didn't know it, it just popped after a simple search) showed me tutorials for all the tools they have to make my documents complete and personalized as needed. I am here because we live in an era where an app that does not flood you with advertisement and charge your for each tool available calling some of them 'premium' or 'plus' or 'pro max' is RARE. I want to be explicitly thankful about this. Useful for the purpose of being useful. Didn't believe stuff like this existed anymore.

Can the UAW negotiate for retirees?
People close to negotiations have acknowledged that many retirees don't realize the UAW is limited in its ability to negotiate for retirees as part of the contract, and many may not know of expanded benefits such as legal support.
Does UAW strike affect retirees?
Retirees currently aren't affected by the ongoing strike, but UAW members on strike lost their GM health benefits on Monday. The company made benefits inactive, so workers need to sign up for COBRA benefits provided by the UAW. Workers could be left to pay thousands of dollars a month.
Do Ford retirees get profit sharing?
Workers who take this package will keep their full retirement benefits and will be eligible for profit sharing based on 2020 results, according to Ford. Eligible employees also would receive their 2019 profit sharing checks in March.
Did the UAW retirees get anything in the new contract?
Under the new UAW national agreement, General Motors and Ford retirees will no longer receive a bonus from the two automakers. UAW retirees may still pay union dues which entitle them to certain UAW services and benefit programs, but they aren't allowed to vote in the contract ratification process.
