Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. I don't have a scanner available so I googled and found PDFfiller. I was able to get my forms filled out, signed, and sent back in a very short time. PDFfiller is very easy to use. Great online pdf editor. Should have more features in personal level, a bit annoying to not be able to perform basic functions such as erasing sections of a document or deleting pages in a commercial, paid product. That is my only complaint though. Great software otherwise.

Excellent, Excellent tool for business traveler and mobile home office. Just used it to sign documents while traveling and found it very usefully for my purpose.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Overall a good experience.
Sometimes the lack of features like aligning fields (i.e. Publisher) is frustrating: the ability to copy details from one field to another (drop downs and field attributes) making some forms with several fields that are the same. But I'm an old software designer so I'll take those frustrations and cherish all the good points of the software. I think its a good solution for my needs in the insurance industry.

Perfect for on the go!
Time saver and so convenient to have this! You can access from everywhere
It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. I'm a logistics manager and I'm always on the go and most of the time I get phone calls away from my desk so its handy to be able to pull this software up on my phone to send important documents - especially customs paperwork when zip need to
Nothing! You can pretty much find any document form needed in their library to assist you with your needs. You can even edit the document if need be.

I needed a template to create a one pager for a project and pdf filler was perfect for editing the document. I could even add pictures.

Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Customer service was quick to give me a refund for the mistake. The agent was amazing. Helped me right away, issued a refund. Wow! Best CS I have ever received. Thanks so much.
