I am a self represented defendant in a small claims case. I cannot afford an attorney. Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. No having to print documents in order to amend them has resulted in more legible contracts and more neatly applied changes. Love it!

King of PDF Filling
PDFfiller really saves time by allowing you to directly write on the PDF. Previously I had to print it out and fill out the details and have to rescan the document and PDFfiller eliminates all these steps.
It's very simple to use as you just have to drop the PDF file which needs to be filled.
The biggest advantage is that it also works with a file which is not "fillable" by allowing you to add text and images on it.
Often times larger PDF file doesn't work directly so I have to divide it and have to re-upload them again. I think it would be really helpful if PDFfiller allows such functionality by default where it either works directly or ability to divide it on their website.

How is an agreement written?
For a written agreement to be legally binding, the parties must promise each other something in return for what they gain out of the contract. For example, when selling your house, you promise the buyer the house, and in exchange, they promise you an amount of money.

Legally binding means that the parties must obey the terms written in the contract and perform their contract duties as stated. Can you send contracts through square?
Once you've prepared the template to fit the transaction, you can attach it to the invoice and send it to your customer. We've added a feature to Square Invoices that allows you to attach files, whether that's contracts, before/after images, bills of sale, or purchase orders (just make sure they're PDFs or JPGs).
Does Square have contracts?
We don't offer any sort of contract templates or software ourselves, but definitely see how that would pair nicely with Invoices. It's not something we're currently developing, so for now you'll need to manage your contracts outside of Square.
