I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. Can't really say that I dislike anything...however, I use is solely for the purpose of creating and editing documents..so my perspective comes from that angle.

Its hard to get clients to resign at times due to travel schedules, work schedules...so being able to edit a document in real time while in front of my client helps out tremendously.

I had an issue that customer service…
I had an issue that customer service handled quickly and professionally. I was very impressed! I highly recommend working with this company they have excellent customer service.

I enjoy the feature that it has similar to PowerPoint. It helps you align your entries so that they look neat and comfortable for the viewer to read. The entries are convenient as I do not have to rely on drawing a text box. I would definitely recommend it to new users as well, as I am on myself. It Gives you a chance to try before you buy and has tools to help with almost all your legal questions and concerns!

Solid, provides the service you need
Easy to use. Mostly used for inserting signatures.
Sometimes the signature block format gets distorted (inserts as a code).

What do you like best?
It is very helpful to be able to fill pdf's in. It also saves paper and time. I hate having to print a form out, fill it in by hand and then scan it into the computer just to turn around and email it. With pdfFiller I can do the work on my computer, it looks professional and then I simply save it and email it. I also like the fax option.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have a little trouble getting everything just where I want it. But the more I use it the easier it becomes. I feel that I will like it even more the more I use it.

I am solving the wasted paper and time. I am able to keep everything electronically. Forms look more professional. I do not have to pay a separate service for a fax line which I only use a few times a year, I fax straight from pdfFiller.

First-class customer service! I wanted to try out the free trial version but ended signing up for an annual subscription. I contacted the customer service about this error, and they gave me the refund immediately.

It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.

What happens if you don't report your income to Section 8?
If people on assisted rent are working and don't report their income, they are committing fraud. What other types of fraud do you see? Section 8 demands that all people living at a unit need to be disclosed to Section 8. It is fraud if tenants will allow others to live with them and not report this to Section 8.
What happens if you don't report income to housing?
If you do not report the change in income as required by your lease, two things could happen (depending on what's in your lease): The housing authority could try to charge you for the back rent that could have been charged if there had been proper reporting. This is sometimes called a retroactive rent increase.
Can you get HUD with no income?
If you don't make earn income to pay your rent or mortgage, you may qualify for the Housing Choice (Section 8) Voucher Program. Low-income families use vouchers to help pay for private housing, including single-family homes, town homes and apartments.
What happens if you lie to HUD?
HUD could also require that you repay assistance you received while perpetrating fraud. You may also face fines of up to $10,000, prison time of up to five years, ineligibility for future government assistance and local and state government sanctions.
Can Section 8 be taken away?
Yes, usually if you breach your Section 8 lease you will be denied future Section 8 assistance. Eviction for non-payment of rent is good cause for losing your Section 8 Voucher. Eviction for causing damage to the rental premises will cause you to lose your Section 8 Voucher.
Do I have to report a settlement to Section 8?
While your settlement amount is probably not taxable as income, you must report it as an asset for Section 8 purposes. You should consult with your attorney about the ramifications this may have on your Section 8 eligibility
What happens to my section 8 if I get a settlement?
Generally, lump sum amounts received by a Section 8 recipient, such as inheritances, insurance settlements, or proceeds from the sale of property are considered assets, not income. However, if the Section 8 recipient transfers them to a SET, then there are consequences.
