First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.

PDF Filler makes my job EASIER!
PDF Filler makes my work so much easier. I am a teacher and I need to change PDF files all the time to meet my students needs. So, before I would print out the original and have to white out what I needed gone and make a copy. How do I seal my juvenile record?

How long does it take to seal juvenile record?
The process of sealing your California juvenile records under Welfare and Institutions Code 781 takes, on average, eight to ten months. You file your petition in the California juvenile court in the county in which you were most recently convicted.
How much does it cost to seal a juvenile record?

Does a juvenile felony stay on your record?
Juvenile felonies are as the name implies. They are felonies committed by anyone who is not yet considered to be an adult. As an adult, the same crime will have a longer sentence with it. Juvenile records can be sealed or expunged so that crimes as a minor will no longer show up on a background check.
Do juvenile arrests show up on background checks?
Many juvenile records show up on background checks. There are exceptions, though if the records have been sealed or expunged, they won't show up. Expunging or sealing a juvenile record is incredibly important. Otherwise, any time you authorize a background check, your records will appear even if you're over 18 now.
