I thought the software was excellent. Did not like the "gimmick" of paying an annual fee in advance, then offering the same service at a huge discount. That makes potential customers feel like smucks.

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Excellent Customer Service from PDFfiller staff, Kara
I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. It works great and I had 1 slight problem
It works great and I had 0 problems until I had to sign up for a subscription before being able to download the very important documents I had started. Would be better to let people know beforehand unless I, myself, didn't see such thing.

I LIKE USING THE PDFILLER BECAUSE IT HAS SO MANY DIVERSITY FEATURES YOU CAN USE FOR PERSONAL AND OFFICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ANYONE WHO IS WORKING IN OR OUT OF AN OFFICE SETTING.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
