I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. THE BEST SUPPORT TEAM I'VE EVER FOUND
It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. Spelling assistance
The spelling check assistance is not very effective. It is difficult to predict where the cursor must be placed for the correction suggestions to pop up.

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time. Locating this chat support option was easy and not hidden amongst FAQs or literature used to distract and deter you from reaching out
