So far printing doesn't work when printing directly from filled in form. I need to save it to my desktop and open in my pdf application and print from there.

I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. I will now have the inconvenience of having to cancel the subscription, since this is the last time I need to perform this function.
