The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

The system works very well. While trying ot the product I had no issues at all. it is a very good product, just that after using it, my agency did not accept the forms.

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

Is BCC really hidden?
BCC stands for blind carbon copy. Unlike with CC, no one but the sender can see the list of BCC recipients. However, the BCC list is secret no one can see this list except the sender. If a person is on the BCC list, they'll see only their own email on the BCC list.
Can BCC recipients see each other?
Nope! BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy. Recipients will see who sent the email and that they've been BCC'd but will not see who else, including any CC'd recipients received the same email. When you place email addresses in the BCC: field of a message, those addresses are invisible to the recipients of the email.
Is BCC hidden in outlook?
In a new message, go to the Options tab. In a reply or forwarded message, go to the Message tab. In the Show Fields group, select BCC. In the Bcc field, enter the recipients whose addresses you want to hide from other recipients.

What is BCC and CC in email?
Cc: (Carbon Copy) — Put the email address(es) here if you are sending a copy for their information (and you want everyone to explicitly see this) BCC: (Blind Carbon Copy) - Put the email address here if you are sending them a Copy and you do not want the other recipients to see that you sent it to this contact.
What is BCC in an email?
BCC stands for blind carbon copy which is similar to that of Cc except that the Email address of the recipients specified in this field do not appear in the received message header and the recipients in the To or Cc fields will not know that a copy sent to these address.
What does BBC mean in email?
When referring to email, cc means carbon copy and BBC means blind carbon copy. Both cc and bcc are additional fields you can enter when sending an email. Every recipient email address you enter into the two and cc fields will be able to see each other.
Can BCC recipients reply all?
Addresses that have been placed in the BCC field are not forwarded. If you have placed a large list of recipients in the To or CC field, all of them will receive the reply. By placing recipients in the BCC field, you can help protect them against receiving unnecessary replies from anyone using the Reply All feature.
Can you reply all to BCC outlook?
If you're a BCC recipient, you needn't worry about additional unwanted email. When the To and Cc contacts respond to the message by clicking Reply To All, you won't be included. This behavior is another legitimate reason for using the BCC control.
Can BCC recipients reply?

Can you send BCC only?
Only the original sender of the email can view the BCC recipients. So, to keep maximum anonymity, put your email address in the To field and use BCC for recipients. Bcc is also useful when you send a newsletter or send a message to undisclosed recipients.
How do you send a mass email without showing the addresses?
Select “Options" in the ribbon toolbar, then click “Show Bcc" in the Fields section. The Bcc field appears under the Cc field and to the right of the “Send" button. Type the email addresses of your intended recipients in the BCC field. Enter a subject, type the body of your message and click “Send."
Can a BCC reply all?
No. Reply All will only be able to reply to the e-mail addresses sent along with the e-mail in the headers. BCC addresses are never sent to the recipient in the e-mail headers. That's the point of the “Blind" in BCC.
