What do you like best?
We use PDFfiller primarily for tracking and completing registration forms for the advanced trainings we provide to mental health professionals across the country. Manually managing these forms was a nightmare as our business started to grow. Once we started using PDFfiller, it began incredibly easy and hassle free to monitor who was registered for which trainings and when. the integrated PayPal and Stripe systems make it super easy to allow customers to pay registration fees immediately and we are notified as soon as that happens. Also, PDFfiller offers a digital fax line. In today's day and age, we are completely wireless and adding a hardwired fax line would have been such a pain. For 10 bucks we are able to digitally send and receive faxes which is very helpful when dealing with physicians and other medical providers.

We have only had one real issue with PDFfiller. At some point a few months ago, we had some issues with the PayPal/Stripe payment integration. We were unable to send receipts to our customer which was rather frustrating for us and them because of the amount of money people spend to some to our trainings. I reached out to someone at PDFfiller and a manager responded the next business day and said they would get in touch with the team who handles that part to get it fixed. Though I did not hear back, within a week or so the problem was fixed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It is well worth the price for what you are getting.

Easy and economical
I have used it to create and edit pdf documents for over 10 years now.
Its ease of use. I tried it after a web search when I needed to do some general edits and create some pdf files and I didn't want to spend a ton of money for Adobe. This program was just the ticket. It allows me to insert/extract pages, rotate, create from other programs, and do some minor edits. Fantastic and powerful... easy to configure and use.
Can't say that there was much I didn't like about the software at all. I continue using it even when I worked for a company that purchased Adobe because it was easier to use.

I am impressed with feature this software offers for editing PDF files. Absolutely no distortion from the original file, provides marked spaces for edit.

this is a wonderful app as well for me when away from home i can still too work on documents that need to be submitted in record timing..... as well as faxing now being disabled i can fax things which saves so much time

How do I fill out a caregiver authorization affidavit?
In order for the Caregiver's Affidavit to be valid, a Caregiver must: 1) Fill out lines 1-4, sign and date the affidavit. This enables a Caregiver to enroll a child in school and consent to any medical care that is required for school enrollment, such as physicals and medical examinations performed on school grounds.

A Caregiver's Authorization Affidavit is a form you fill out and give to a child's school or health care provider. You can use the form to enroll the child in school or get medical care for the child. California's law says what exactly should be in the form. California's law also says who can use this form.

What is the difference between caregiver and guardian?
