I like the improvements to the program & the variety of options. I would like to see the "circle" option with a little more flexibility - right now it is very thick & not practical. I also could not adjust the position of text boxes that were misaligned without deleting and recreating them.

Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

I feel that it was inappropriate and a bit shady to let a customer edit the PDF and then hit them with the credit card ask. Maybe let them do a test for 15m or something.

Helpful for Digital Signature Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free! These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning. My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.

Very pleased with the customer care I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Sam also took the time to explain to me how to resolve the issue if I ever had it again and was friendly to communicate with, I am very pleased with the customer care, thank you Sam,

What do you like best? This platform is an online pdf editor, electronic signature manager and creator of PDF forms, you can send them by fax, obtain complete copies of the PDF forms sent and signed, you can also automatically extract data from Excel, CRM or database data. Share the documents by email, social networks and you can also place them on your company website. What do you dislike? We have not had any problems with this platform, the performance has been satisfactory, the pdf files are relatively basic and do not present any type of error, it seemed a good option after using other platforms with negative results, but this has been totally different. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is fully recommended, the results obtained have been very gratifying and satisfactory. You simplify a large part of the work that allows you to save time even you maintain a constant work flow. Share documents through email, social networks among others. In general it is very complete and a good option for all companies. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use PDFfiller, to obtain and receive forms from our clients, sending e-mail is excellent to communicate, this drastically reduces follow-up time and interaction failures with our work team. We also obtained a significant increase in work flow since I simplified the handling of many documents such as W-4 in addition to insurance renewals and bank authorizations. We perform a conversion of file formats such as Word to Pdf daily and with ease, we are happy with the results.

Make every invoice number unique you can start from any number you want. Assign sequential invoice numbers. Assign invoice numbers in chronological way. Structure invoice numbers any way you want, you may: use only numbers 001, 002, 003 etc., include Customer Name CN001, CN002, etc.
Sequential invoice numbering is the foundation for creating distinctive invoice numbers. The invoice numbering starts with the number 1 unless you override it. For example, if you prefer a five-digit invoice number, you can replace the 1 with the number, 10,000.
Invoices — what they must include Your invoice must include: a unique identification number. Your company name, address and contact information. The company name and address of the customer you're invoicing.
Go to Invoices > Overview. Click New Invoice and pick your client. Select Create a blank invoice, then click Next Step. You'll see a blank invoice. You can add a subject line, specify a due date, add taxes, re-order your invoice's line items, and more. Click Save Invoice.
