For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

It gave us the opportunity to place our registration in a fillable format.

A user cannot save their progress and must complete the entire form in one sitting.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Easy for parents to use. Parents no longer need to print out the document and send it in with a hard copy. It also gives us the ability to file a digital and hard copy if we so choose.

Easy & simple to use! Perfect for e-signing docs. Navigating the documents is easy & doesn't take you into weird places of the doc that don't need attention. I don't see any improvements that need to be made, I really like this product.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. What do you like best? How easy it is to access all documents and edit previous documents What do you dislike? I wish there were more tools to help edit, such as cropping a document or resizing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It usually takes a while or is difficult to edit a document, but with PdfFiller, it's easier and faster. I can take a form I often use, and instead of entering the information every time, I can change the date
