How do I get my transcript from CCBC?

Once logged into CCBC, click the student tab, click the e-Forms link, and complete the transcript request form. You may submit your request through Mail, Fax or E-mail by downloading the printed form. If you would like to receive an electronic copy of your official CCBC transcript, please visit the NSC website.

How do I get my CCBC student ID?

If you already have a current CCBC Photo ID. If you do not have a current CCBC Photo ID, upload an ID photo. Pick up your CCBC Onboard.

How do I find my CCBC email?

In the upper right corner of any CCBC webpage, you will see CCBC. Mouse over CCBC and select Office 365 from the drop-down menu. Use your CCBC email address (NOT your CCBC username) and CCBC password to sign in: Open Outlook to view your email.

How long do colleges keep transcripts on file?

MACRO guidelines suggest that a community college should retain these transcripts for a minimum of one year after the term in which you applied if you do not enroll. Otherwise, it should retain them for a minimum of five years after your graduation or last date of attendance.

Can college transcripts be erased?

You should not erase your transcripts — instead, try to get as many transfer credits as possible, so you will have less to take for the associate's. Transcripts don't weight you down, because only credits transfer, not grades.
