One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

The ease of deleting, adding and reorganizing worksheets in various units of study.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes when having to edit the same PDF to set it up to where there is only one student's report in a PDF at a time. It saved over the original document and I would have to reupload it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
None, just that it can be a huge time saver for a teacher being able to edit PDFs for the classroom.

The big one has been being able to send individual progress reports to students. Our gradebook system does not save them in separate PDFs, it saves them all in one so being able to use PDF to separate them and save them individually saves me time.

I've tried their product once when I had to modify some PDF documents very quickly. I was very happy to find something really helpful and easy to use because the interface is userfriendly, everything is intuitive with an option to get back and redo what you need. I had to register, inclusive my card for one trial month in order to download my new edited docs.

I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.

How do I fax my tax return?
Go to FAX.PLUS and sign up for free (No credit card is required)
Go to the Send Fax section.
In the To field, enter the IRS fax number or the fax number of your accountant or tax preparer.
Click on the Add File button to attach your IRS form along with other required tax-related documents.
How do I send a fax to the IRS?
On the app, go to the Send Fax section. Enter the IRS fax number in the To field and attach the IRS form you would like to submit. Click on the Send button and wait for the confirmation email.
How long does it take the IRS to respond to a fax?
