I need to be able to attach photos to the document, but don't see how to do this. It shows how to upload photos to the form, but the pictures cover the form. I need a seperate page for photos to merge them.

Not a full 5 because I felt as though there was a bit of deception as far as the subscription process was concerned but my problem was resolved quickly and more importantly EASILY!
As far as PDFfiller as a program, it is EXCELLENT and EASY!!!! No hassle!

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I am having some difficulties with the…formatting and printing
I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
