I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

I've had a great experience using PDFfiller. Sometimes, I have single forms to complete, and I forget that I have the service. It's user-friendly. I need to make time to do a tutorial to learn more uses. Also, once I become better familiar, I'll be able to make referrals to sign-up for PDFfiller!

What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.
What do you dislike?
I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

I love this tool
I love this tool. I shared it with my mom who still has to fax things and I did not want her leaving her home to fax at other businesses. I think a video on how to create more fillable boxes would be helpful. Although I figured it out, it took me about 30 minutes. I can imagine for even less tech savvy people it could take longer.

A Great Source for Reference
As soon as I came across PDFFiller I immediately subscribed. Any time I need to make a fake document for a Movie or TV show I go right to the site and look up what I'm trying to mimic. 9 times out of 10 I find what I need.
I love PDFfiller because it provides me with a wealth of real life uploaded document references for any design I may be trying to mimic.
The search feature could be a little better.

The easiest way to fill out documents
PDFfiller changed how i started sending out documents. It is extremely user friendly and efficient. We are almost completely paper less.
Like anything else, figuring out everything I was capable of was confusing. However, once i started, it became so much easier than any other PDF changer I have ever used.
