It was confusing. I had sent a rental app to a client and I didn't know where to get the reply. When the customer called me she said she was unable to send it. I eventually found it on the PDF Filler site but couldnt do anything with it. I then realized even though I thought I subscribed, I apparently did not. Very user friendly!
It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy.
I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

It's a great experience and many options to get your forms completed in the manner you want them done. The option to save them for later and email them to others to edit is definitely a perk!

You can be able to merge more PDF's into one file
The reason to use PDF filler was I wanted to merge more files and I managed to do it easily the only problem is that the premium version is expensive to me.

Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
