It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful. With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

prepare your base document, and save. then save as onto your computer desktop, and rename once downloaded onto your computer desktop. reuse the base document over and over for different clients.... works great and gave me the exact form i was looking for.

I am having trouble with the Schedule B when it gets half way down the page my screen jumps back to the top and I have a hard time making sure everything is on the right line

Easy to use! I found the system very easy to use and have only scratched the surface. Converting documents to an editable form was easy to do and the system made it easy to find available PDF or other formatted versions online. Saving different versions or templates was a bit of a challenge but that was easily remedied.

Right-click the sales receipt and select Edit transaction. From there, modify the entry with the receipt number. Once done, click Save and Close.
Item Receipts Open the item receipt. Go to the Reports tab, then select Transaction Journal. Click the Customize button. Set the appropriate reporting date. In the Columns menu, select the Item, Item Description, Qty, and Amount column. Hit OK.
Find the item and select Edit. From the Income account▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to use. Note: Can't see the account? Make sure the account's detail type is Sales of Product Income.
QuickBooks uses your default template each time you create a new invoice, sales receipt, or quote . You can select a specific template for specific transactions directly from the form: Create a new invoice, sales receipt, or quote, or open an existing one. Select Customise in the footer.
Change the income account for your items Go to Settings ⚙ and select Products and services. Find the item and select Edit. From the Income account▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to use. Note: Can't see the account? Make sure the account's detail type is Sales of Product Income. Select Save and close.
To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
You can also upload multiple receipts if you need to. In QuickBooks, select Vendors. Select Receipt Management. Note: You might have to enter your Intuit ID info. Select +, then select Upload Receipts or Scan. Browse and select receipts, then select Open.
Can I back out a sales receipt? mistakenly both a sales receipt & invoice were created for a single deposit/payment & looks like we were paid twice Go to Sales, then select All sales. Find the sales receipts that you want to void or delete. In the Action column, select the dropdown, then select Delete.
