Accidental annual subscription I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. The auto "next" field selector thing...I figure out a way around it, it's just annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm a CPA and I can easily type important forms for federal and state governments to keep them professional and easy to read.
