My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. I made customer care aware of my concern and they were immediately responsive and apologetic fir the issue. Completing, saving, and printing the forms I needed was easy to learn and do.

I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

No hassle customer service
I accidentally ordered this product, but I have no need of it. I requested a refund and received it immediately with courtesy and absolutely no hassle. If the product is as good as the customer service, you will have a good experience here.

That i was able to fix and remove…
That i was able to fix and remove unwanted documents to send just what i needed. The fact that I can fax without having a big machine to do, matter of fact that is one of the reasons that I decided to use pdfFiller. You make filling out important documents easy and able to sign by uploading just a picture of the signature needed. However you could make it easier to be able to create a fax sheet more personal. The one on the website is okay but not personal enough. Maybe I will think about doing the annual thing let's just see what more I can learn to do with your program. thank you for making it so easy to send important documents from the comfort of my home office without having to pay someone else to fax for me

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

I'm a layman when it comes to figuring how do create things on the Internet. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. As before in chatting with someone at the chat desk, they have always been professional.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

How do you prepare for a settlement?

What can I expect at a settlement hearing?
They will also provide the judge or mediator with any photographs, diagrams, reports, and other documents that they think will help their case. The non-argumentative concept is an important one in a settlement conference. Remember that the goal of the conference is to resolve the case before trial.
What should I expect at a settlement conference?
A settlement conference is designed to get all parties to the lawsuit together to try and negotiate and resolve your case. If you were there in addition to the people you have sued, tempers would flare and everyone's objections, opinions and feelings would get in the way of having true negotiation discussions.
How long does a settlement conference last?
Because the Court generally sets aside at least two hours for each conference, it is impossible for a party who is not present to appreciate the process and the reasons which may justify a change in one's perspective toward settlement.
What is a hearing settlement?
A settlement or Pre-trial conference is a meeting between opposing sides of a lawsuit at which the parties attempt to reach a mutually agreeable resolution of their dispute without having to proceed to a trial. Conferences are frequently conducted by a judge or other neutral party, in the form of a mediation.
What happens at a facilitation hearing?
Most workers comp cases are eventually settled though facilitation. This is an informal hearing where both sides present arguments to a neutral magistrate. The magistrate will attempt to come up with a dollar amount to settle the case. Neither party must accept this amount, but it helps bring each side closer together.
What do you do at a settlement conference?
Know the Other Party. Do Not Get Personal. Consider Timing. Have a Clear Objective. Be Prepared. Avoid Bidding Against Yourself. Allow Plenty of Time.
What happens after the settlement conference?
After the settlement conference. If you and the defendant don't agree at the settlement conference, the judge will give the court clerk a memorandum. The court clerk will also give you a Notice to Set Action Down for Trial form. If you want to go ahead with a trial, fill out this form at the courthouse.
