There have been a few times I have been frustrated because I can't access my documents. Get an error message but other than those 2 times I am extremely satisfied with it

An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system
It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received.
The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. My experience with PdfFiller was great
My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.

Good Software - I would recommend to others
Good software. Did what I needed it to do. The layout could be a little less cumbersome, kind of busy when you look at the screen, a lot of icons/pics and made a simpler to navigate.
