Excellent.
My current job is as freelance translator, and sometimes my customers send me the documents in PDF. for me, it's easier to work with WORD format.
You can convert any type of file into editable one.
In case of scanned PDF, it doesn't work.

Convenient and easy tool!
I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

Do you have to give your 30-day notice on the 1st?
30 days is 30 days. You do not need to actually give the notice on the first, but you need to give AT LEAST 30 days notice.
What happens if you don't give a 30-day notice?
If you do not give notice, the landlord could make you pay rent for another lease period. Your lease says the number of days' notice you must give. Most leases say you have to give notice 30 days before the last day of the lease. You may have a lease that ends on a certain date and does not renew automatically.
Do you have to pay rent when you give a 30-day notice?
Yes, rent has to be paid during 30 days notice period. Rent is paid as far as you hold the possession of property including notice period. However, if you are in lack of funds or simply not willing to pay rent. Don't pay the rent, your landlord will automatically adjust from refundable security deposit.
Can you move out before your 30-day notice is up?
Your landlord can't force you to remain living in the property if you want to leave, or 'refuse permission' for you to vacate. So if you want to move out before the end of your notice period that's fine so long as you pay the landlord the rent he is entitled to up to the end of your notice period.
What happens if I leave my apartment without notice?
What can happen if I move without giving proper notice? If you do not give proper notice and do not take any other steps to end your tenancy, your tenancy might continue for a period of time after you move out. This means you could owe rent for that time. In this situation, your landlord must try to find a new tenant.
Can I move out on the 1st of the month?
If you have a month-to-month agreement, you can end your tenancy by giving one-month notice no later than the day before your rent is due. For example, if you pay rent on the first day of the month and want to move out by May 31st, your notice must be received by your landlord no later than April 30th.

It's important to note, though, that if you sign a lease to take occupancy on the first day of the month, but then decide to move in later, you have no rights to prorated rent.
