They have great customer service I was… They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back. An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents. Not everyone is familiar with it. Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

Great tool in a pinch! The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times. This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. What do you like best? It gives me options and variations of a document that saves me time AND aggravation. What do you dislike? Nothing, really. It suits our needs. Maybe more variety of documents. Recommendations to others considering the product: Worth every penny to save you time and effort What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.
