It's MUCH EASIER TO USE THAN WONDERSHARE PDFelement 6! Which costs $$$$ more than PDFfiller. I could not use the Wondershare PDFelement 6 and got a refund. However if PdfFiller increases it's costs I will attempt to buy the Adobe program. It's not that I use pdf that often that I have to pay a monthly cost.

Great tool for conversions Converting PDFs to spread sheets can be time consuming. This software is very functional, and eliminates the hassle. I like being able to convert my PDFs into the proper documents for further use. Most PDFs in their original form are totally unusable. I use this function to convert the document into a spread sheet. Great time saver. Nothing so far. Seems to be easy to use and very convenient.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I will be back! I used PDFfiller to sign severance paperwork. I took the free trial and then THOUGHT I canceled it right away. When the charge came through, I was ready for a fight...but that didn't happen. Kirsten at PDFfiller's live chat was lovely and helpful. She even apologized for the mistake I most likely made. Then she asked if I was sure I wanted to cancel (a trained question). When I said that I didn't need the service, she didn't push and she processed the cancellation and refund right away. If/when I DO need a pdf filling service again, I will use them!
