SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours! I would definitely use them again because of how trustworthy and understanding the staff was. Good job PDF Filler Team!

I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. Extremely satisfied. We had no idea how much time we were spending on PDF management prior to PDF Filler. A huge benefit for us when we discovered this tool.
We work in a heavy regulatory environment, so the ability to edit and amend PDFs quickly and in a compliant manner is huge. The Tool is amazingly user friendly and a huge time saver.
We'd like to see them expand to different document sets. As our business grows we anticipate additional unique document types. It does PDFs well but it limited.
