I am about to try a "big" project: i.e. preparing a Pre-printed PDF format Quit Claim Deed. If PDFfiller doesn't work I will have to invest in a typewriter. I'll update this again if I can when I have finished.

SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

How do you combine bookmarks in a PDF?
Import and Combine PDF with Bookmarks After launching the software, click on the “Combine PDF” button on the welcome page of the main interface. Then you can import the PDF files by clicking on “Add Files” button to select the PDF files with bookmarks you want to combine from your local folder.
How do I change the bookmark level in a PDF?
Open the PDF document you would like to work with.
From the Navigation pane, click Bookmarks. ...
From the Bookmarks list, select the bookmark you would like to modify.
