The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

I've had a great experience using PDFfiller. Sometimes, I have single forms to complete, and I forget that I have the service. It's user-friendly. I need to make time to do a tutorial to learn more uses. Also, once I become better familiar, I'll be able to make referrals to sign-up for PDFfiller!

This is by far the best I have tried; awesome features, well designed and intuitive as can be. Deeply regret I cannot afford to buy it; I run a very new, very poor legal aid society with 0.00 left in our budget for such things. Recommended highly.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. PDF Filler is great
Love this idea and functionality. Easy to use, cheap ;) and great for filling out all those touchy PDFs.
I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with this software. I love it.

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.
Not having to update the software periodically or pay high Adobe license costs.
Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

I was just on the phone and wrote back to congratulate the customer service rep on my call. I was very nervous about making sure my document was sent properly because a 5 year deal is riding on it. She helped calm me and understand things were handled properly. Bravo!

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
