It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

A Great Time Saving Tool
This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time.
The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Such a great tool!
Any PDF document is instantly editable in PDFfiller. With this app I can to edit contracts, which are signed by customers.
Perhaps they do not have a very convenient editor interface. I often can not find what I need. I hope they fix it soon.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

What can you attach a document to in Bill com?
Bill.com provides the option to attach documents to an Account, Company, Customer, Invoice, Payment Received or Vendor. There are two ways to associate a document with a specific Account, Customer, Invoice, Bill, Payment Received or Vendor. You may also associate a document simply to the Company (see Documents tab).
How do I attach a document to an invoice on Bill com?
Click Invoices in the left navigation pane.
Click the invoice number.
Click the More Actions.
Click Documents to view previously attached documents.
Click Attach a Document to attach a new document.
How do I create an invoice on Bill com?
Hover over Receivables, and then click Invoices.
Click New.

When first starting with the Bill.com service, allow 4 banking days for both payments and mailed checks. After 5 completed payments, payment timing will accelerate (for example, payments under $5,000 will arrive in 2 banking days).
Does Bill com charge a fee?
Additionally, Bill.com charges a fee for every transaction service: payment/ACH processing fees are at $0.49 per send and receive, check or invoice mailing fees are at $1.49 per check or invoice, and payables data entry fees are $0.49 per bill.
