Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. It is a little bit confusing on how the program works. I have been trial and error learning so far. It would be nice to get more direction and not just comment bubbles.

Excellent product did not think I really needed it at first but am very happy I got the one year subscription this has been an amazing tool for my business

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. It appears that you have a very successful business, with good reason. What do you dislike?
Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too.
