On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. This has been my favorite pdf program of all time. I do not work I am a happy homemaker and have a special needs son and have a lot of documents to file and fill and fax for him. This is the best program. The price is a bit high for me but it's worth it at times when I need to do something that other pdf programs just can't do it.

Great Customer Service
I was checking out pdfFiller to help with a project I was working on. I must have started a free trial and forgot to cancel. I received a charge for an annual subscription via paypal. Customer service was quick to give me a refund for the mistake. The agent was amazing. Helped me right away, issued a refund. Wow! Best CS I have ever received. Thanks so much.
