I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

I needed to print but had to wait to get ink for printer. Two days later I couldn't find the document to print and one of the Reps from your company helped me find the documents and I was able to print them. Thank you.

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

Add a one-time use subscription
Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.
