Great. Had trouble logging in as I kept getting redirected to "PDFESCAPE". I'm not a computer person, but couldn't get here until I actually typed in your complete e-mail address. In other words, if I type in "PD" in my browser and "PDFFILLER" automatically appeared and I clikced on it, I was redirected to another website.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

Was OK after had a chat. I plan on keeping PDF filler after the trial period ends for 1 year so I can do my 2024 taxes done before the renewal date. If you have or willing to have a 3 month subscription from February to April I would be interested.

I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
