I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. Since I could use PDF Filler that lets me fax , signed update all at once I made the deadline without leaving my home ... I am glad to have this service available. The use is a little awkward ... hard to navigate between pages. Wish it was easier. I do like the ease of accessing and saving documents from the website to my computer.

It does have a few glitches, but overall, it's a nice product with plenty of good features. The original annual price of $72 was too much for the few times I would use it in the course of a year, but the special rate of $18 was reasonable. If I would use it more, it would be worth it, although I hate subscriptions. We'll see if I use it enough to justify renewing next year.

I have been using the services for a few years know and i can honestly say they have updated and made it very user friendly.

Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.

PDFfiller do all the document from now on instead of MS.

It's court request to use PDFfiller to do the Pleading, Ex-Parte and Declaration. 4). due to this instruction brought me to PDFfiller and learn how to do the legal document. 5).. I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
