The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.

There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

As a Realtor, my whole business is based on electronic documentation. PDF filler is kind of named poorly, because it really is a PDF editor. It allows you to easily change almost anything on a pdf document...across both desktop and mobile platforms. It simply works as you'd expect it to...every time. I use it practically every day.
What do you dislike?
I wish there were better tools for generating lines (how about a toggle into and out of orthagonal for a line?) It should allow deeper zooming with a thumbnail view showing where you are in the overall document. I like my pdfs to look perfect and sometimes these limit me in that goal.

THE BEST support team I have ever had, EVER!!!!!!!
Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! Absolutely worth it!
Wonderful program. Slight learning curve, but then it's off to the races. Worth it if you are editing PDF's on the daily. Great save, download and share options all at once. Thank you for a great program!!

Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.
