The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work. Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

Adobe. ,I. Really wanted to make this work for me but I’m afraid it was beyond me.However the trial period which I thought I had cancelled hadn’t gone through then resulted in me receiving a large bill.I panicked thinking they would insist it was to be paid.So I got In touch with them and explained my error.They immediately wrote back and without question refunded my money.It says a lot for a company who responds in this way.I am eternally grateful to them
