I was looking for a free, easy to use program to complete documents because I have trouble with arthritis in both hands making it difficult and painful to hand/write. PDFfiller fit the bill to a T! It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

Everything is alright, and serves my needs.
Good value-for-money fairly easy to use.
Cannot easily find all the forms that I want to use. And some I believe are not available.

pdfFiller support - Honest and Prompt
I used pdfFiller with a free trial account because I only needed a single instance use. Product worked perfectly for my needs than I cancelled the account. Later in the month my bank advised of a subscription payment!!!
I contacted pdfFiller support to put my case. Result .... immediate reply from pdfFiller with refund of subscription arranged. Honest and prompt.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.
