I've only used it a few times, but I think that I might be using it more over the next couple of years, as my daughter finishes high school and goes through the college application process! They have a good product but I'm not in need of a full year subscription. I was able to use their product for the one document I needed and they cancelled my account with little to no effort on my part. If I had a lot of documents I would recommend them.

I love this software and use it frequently.
Has a free trial, has many tools, easy to use and has template searching capabilities.
If you have the basic plan, customer support could take 24 hours to get to you. If you have the premium plan, customer support answers immediately.

In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
