How do you condense a PDF?
How to compress a PDF file Open the Optimize PDF tool. Select a file to compress. Select Reduce File Size in the top menu. Set compatibility and click OK. Rename and save your file.
How do I make a PDF smaller file size on Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to compress. Choose File > Export. (Don't choose Export as PDF.) Click the Quartz Filter pop-up menu, then choose Reduce File Size.
