I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

I have used pdfFiller for several different projects that I have done during the passed few months. It has became my go-to site for getting things done quickly and efficiently. The application PDFfiller is excellent…
The application PDFfiller is excellent tool, I found the app very user friendly and their customer support is outstanding. I would highly recommend PDFfiller for anyone looking for a PDF editing tool at a very reasonable price point. Also, the app can be used virtually without limits as PDFfiller is a browser based solution, so as long as you have access to the internet you are good to go.

What does a break clause look like?
A break clause is a clause in a tenancy agreement that provides both tenant and landlord the opportunity to terminate the tenancy agreement early during the fixed-term (e.g. the tenant can terminate a 12-month tenancy 6 months into the term).
What does a break clause mean?
A break clause is a provision that can be included in a lease agreement allowing either party to end the lease early if certain conditions are met. It can be granted for the benefit of either the landlord or the tenant, or for both. It allows the benefitting parties a way out if they need to end the tenancy early.
