It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. I contacted the support group, explained my problem within minutes they solved my problem and refund my money.Thanks again for a Great job!!

Very good tool to add editable fields…
Very good tool to add editable fields to pdf files. The maneuvering process can be a little awkward and can use some user feedback in those regards, but all in all, very worth the price.

I would recommend this site
I have found the site easy to use and have not any problems with it. If I hit a snag with the functions I contact the team and they always sort it out for me. It certainly has made my work more efficient now that I am working from home.

Prompt and honest.
They answered my query online immediately and refunded for an incorrectly charged (not their fault) subscription fee within the hour! Was not expecting such prompt service and honesty to be fair, but so grateful they are honourable.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.
