My QuickBooks won't let me print W2's unless I sign up for their payroll service. We have 2 employees! Not worth the expense! With PDFfiller, I was able to print W2's for much more reasonable price!

Good for someone who isn't tech savy
While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use!
The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

It served my purposes
It served my purposes. There were a few instances where it would not properly let me check a box. Also, inputting dates, did not always work as expected. I was not always able to manually type in a date. It forced me to use the calendar. Sometimes.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

How do I show proof of payment?
A proof of payment can be a receipt/payslip (either a scan, a photo or a .pdf file) or a screenshot from your online bank, clearly showing the following: Your details We need to see your name and account number.
How do I get proof of payment?
Log into internet banking. Click on the Payments tab at the top of your screen. On the left of the screen click on Payments History. Again on the left of the screen, you can click on Send proof of payment. Locate the necessary payment and Click on the Recipient Name.
What does proof of payment mean?
A Proof of Payment is a receipt (or payslip) from your bank which clearly displays the following required information: Your details Your name and account number. Our details Our bank name and account number. Date When the transfer was initiated. Amount — Size of deposit.
How do I get proof of payment from capital?
Log into internet banking. Go to Payments menu. Go to Payment History. Select date range. View payment search results. Select payment to Quicker. Select I want to: Resend payment notification. Be sure proof of payment is sent to payments@quicket.co.za.
Is a receipt proof of payment?
While an invoice basically requests that a payment be made, a receipt is proof that a payment has been made. A receipt is issued post the payment. The invoice lists the total amount that is due or has to be paid. The receipt on the other hand details how much has been paid and what the mode of payment is.
Can I use invoice as proof of payment?
Invoices and receipts are not interchangeable. An invoice is a request for payment while a receipt is proof of payment. Customers receive invoices before they pay for a product or service and receive receipts after they pay.
Is bank statement proof of payment?
Absolutely bank and credit card statements are acceptable as proof of payment for expenses. Just as are actual receipts or invoices from the suppliers and service providers.
