The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. I found myself trying to rate it 4 stars, but it's honest about what it is- a robust, web-based pdf editing tool that doesn't try to be more than it is, and does what it is supposed to do very well.

Twice a year I need to turn a pdf form into a fillable form. I don't need a subscription for such a minimal need. I wish there was truly a free way to do this without creating a trial subscription.
