You need t tell people that if they enter numbers with commas, the IRS filing process does not work. After lots of time and trial/error, I stumbled across that as the cause of my problems.

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.

What is a stamp certificate?
To receive your stamp certificate, you must file a Stamp Duty return online through the Revenue Online Service (ROS). Once the stamp certificate is attached to the instrument to which it relates it means that the instrument has been stamped. You can apply for refund of the Stamp paper on which you print wrongly by providing an application to the Concerned Department providing reason for Refunding and Department will refund the amount by deducting 10%. And yes, you can get the another Stamp Paper easily.
