PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. Very easy to use
That I could fill it in immediately and be able to upload it and save it somewhere else. Also that the formatting remained the same

What do you like best?
I print and distribute numerous emails every week. As such, I have tried quite a bit of PDF software over the past several years, I have seen that pdfFiller does everything I need, every time, in an easy-to-use way. There is none better for the price.
What do you dislike?
At times, it is difficult to find a saved file from within Google Chrome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before making a selection, make sure to use evaluation versions. It's a shame to get saddled down with something and later discover that it's not right for you.

There is one peculiarity that I encounter every week. The first file that I modify is saved in the appropriate folder, and the browser shows me where to find it. For some peculiar reason, I have a hard time finding every file that I save after that. It could be an issue with the browser.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

How do postage permits work?
A “permit imprint” is a way of paying postage. Many mailers get a “permit” to mail with “permit imprint.” To keep your permit imprint account active, you must do a commercial mailing at least once every 2 years. Once your account is inactive, you'll have to pay the application fee again to “turn it back on.”
How do I get a postage permit?
Go to your local post office and fill out ps3615 form. The initial cost of the postal permit is $220 (one-time fee). Payment for permits is to be made to the USPS and mailed to the Blaine Post Office — 701 Harrison Ave., Blaine, WA 98230-9998. Your permit is for one year at a time from the day the permit is issued.
How do you get a mailing permit?
Download a copy of PS Form 3615, Mailing Permit Application and Customer Profile. Take your completed PS Form 3615 to your local Business Mail Entry Unit or Post Office. At the Post Office, submit your PS Form 3615 and pay the permit imprint application fee. Make your first deposit into your permit imprint account.
How much does it cost to get a bulk mail permit?
The one-time fee for a permit imprint authorization is $240. This fee is not waived by using full-service barcoding. If you use stamps on your bulk mail, you do not need to purchase a permit imprint authorization.
What is a permit imprint USPS?
Permit imprint is the most popular and convenient way to pay for postage, especially for high volume mailings. Instead of using precanceled stamps or a postage meter, the mailer prints postage information in the upper right corner of the tailpiece.
How does a bulk mail permit work?
Bulk mail is a discounted mailing service offered by the USPS for people who prepare and ship large quantities of mail at a time. If you regularly send out uniform-sized mailings in an amount equal to or greater than the numbers below, a little extra work presorting your mail could save you a lot of money!
How many pieces of mail do you need for a bulk mailing?
You'll need to send at least: 500 pieces for First-Class Mail. 200 pieces (or 50 pounds of mail) for Standard Mail. 50 pieces for Parcel Select (also known as Standard Post)
