I have found it useful to complete a myriad of forms required for our charity administration electronically - rather than having to print, complete, scan etc.

For the most part, it is a helpful tool. However, I will need to cancel my initial free subscription because one of the documents I would be using on a bi-weekly basis would be for payroll purposes. Unfortunately, when I scanned the document, I was not able to enter numbers in the fields. After several attempts, I checked the hardcopy document and it has a feature, which requires an applicant to fill in the document with a blue pen, something I was not aware of ahead of time. Evidently, the company had the documented protected to only read "handwritten", blue pen entries. I would be using the document as mentioned above for other candidates on a weekly basis and since this product, through no fault of its own, won't allow me to do that, it doesn't serve my business purposes.

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.

The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.

Very professional, highly recommended.
I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I am using this program for school…
I am using this program for school applications and I love the ease of downloading and making all my tests and worksheets fillable the only issue so far is that when students fill out worksheets and send to me they all come ananomously so if a student forgets name on paper I have no way to track it, it is definately the students problem but it is just a bit of a hassle.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
